Statewide Services

Statewide Services provides Early Intervention services to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind, and Visually Impaired infants and toddlers and their families across the state. Our team includes licensed Developmental Therapists certified in Deaf Education or Vision Education, as well as our own licensed Service Coordinator.
One way we are unique—both in Arkansas and nationally—is that we have an agreement with our Part C lead agency, First Connections, to provide therapy and bill Medicaid. ARDB is one of the few schools for the Deaf and Blind in the country with this type of arrangement. Through additional collaborative partnerships with other various agencies such as Arkansas Hands and Voices and Arkansas Department of Health Infant Hearing Program, we strive for early identification and appropriate intervention to be available throughout the state of Arkansas.
