Admissions Process
Ready to begin the "official" process? Please take a look at the steps below! Feel free to contact a member of our Admissions Department with questions.
STEP 1: Inquire online by completing the ASD Intake Application for Potential Enrollment.
STEP 2: An ASD Admissions representative will contact you to schedule your Meet & Greet.
STEP 3: Submit your child’s most recent audiogram to admissions@asdleopards.org.
STEP 4: Download the ASD Student Records Request and submit an to your child’s home school district.
STEP 5: ASD will schedule an admissions review to consider your student’s eligibility. The ASD Admissions Team will render a decision which will be communicated to you via email. If accepted, you will then complete the ASD enrollment process. [If your student is not accepted ASD will communicate that decision to you along with possible resources.]
Your student must be accepted to begin enrollment. All paperwork and documentation must be submitted prior to a start date being scheduled.
