The Arkansas School for the Deaf - Human Resources department provides human resources services to the agency, including: labor law compliance, record keeping, explaining employee benefits/compensation, recruiting, new hire orientation, processing payroll, policy development, technical policy interpretation, workers compensation claims, FMLA issues, assist managers with handling specific performance issues and ensures the agency stays in compliance with its own policies and all regulations both the state and federal level.
